Is this a personalized care plan?
No. It is an organizational workbook and general educational guide. Your veterinarian sets medication, vaccination and individual care instructions.
Can I print it or fill it in digitally?
Your download includes four PDF files: US Letter printable, US Letter fillable, A4 printable and A4 fillable. Each edition contains the same 33-page workbook, so you can choose the format that suits you. Use a PDF reader that supports forms, save a copy, and reopen it to check that your entries were saved.
Do I need the planner to use the website?
No. Our guides, first-week checklist and calendar reminder tool are available without buying the planner. Start free if those cover your needs.
Does the planner send reminders?
The PDF does not send notifications. Our separate free care reminder tool creates an event you can add to your own calendar. Calendar alerts depend on your calendar settings.
